One of the biggest advantages I bring to my clients is my background and experience working alongside the construction industry every day.

My husband, Justin, owns Click’s Construction, and together we have spent years helping homeowners navigate repairs, renovations, additions, and custom building projects throughout Marshall County and the surrounding areas.

While a licensed home inspector is always an important part of the buying process, I help my clients understand how inspection findings may impact the home, future maintenance, repair costs, and negotiations.

When walking through a property, I pay close attention to things such as:

  • The overall condition of the roof, siding, driveway, grading, and foundation

  • Signs of deferred maintenance or previous moisture intrusion

  • Visible concerns with flooring, walls, ceilings, or structural movement

  • The apparent age and condition of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components

  • Repair quality and whether updates appear professionally completed

Inspections are often one of the most important negotiation stages of the transaction. In many cases, the inspection period becomes a second negotiation, and having someone experienced in both real estate and construction can make a major difference. My goal is always to help you make smart, informed decisions while protecting your investment and keeping the transaction moving smoothly.

Because of our construction background and local contractor relationships, we also have trusted resources available to help clients obtain quality repairs, estimates, and renovation guidance when needed.
